DreamIT is the technology engine of Dream Group — a Dhaka-born studio that started in 2011 as Green IT and has shipped over 240 digital products since. We design, build, and operate AI systems, SaaS platforms, and digital experiences for ambitious brands across four continents.
The DreamIT story doesn't start in a co-working space or at a hackathon — it starts with a young engineer in Dhaka who refused to leave the country and decided to build the future from home.
In 2011, Kashim Uddin Masum — then a young software engineer — opened a two-desk shop in Dhaka under the name Green IT. The first client was a local SME that needed an inventory tool. Six weeks later it was shipped. Six months later it had eighty paying customers.
By 2014, Green IT had launched its first SaaS product. By 2017, the studio was delivering work for clients in the UAE, KSA, and Malaysia. By 2019 the first million-download mobile app was live on Google Play.
In 2021, Green IT consolidated with sister concerns under a single parent — Dream Group — adding Dream International, Workforce, and Tourism. Two years later the AI division launched as DreamIT Labs, and our portfolio of in-house products grew to eleven.
Today DreamIT is sixty senior operators, building from Dhaka for the world.
