Kashim Uddin Masum.

We started Dream Group with one desk in Dhaka and one promise — to build things that matter for our people, our country, and the world they live in. Fifteen years later, that promise still drives every venture we ship.

Kashim Uddin Masum is the founder behind 13 ventures spanning AI, SaaS, travel, fintech, HR, media and consumer apps — all under the Dream Group umbrella. From Dhaka roots in 2011 to today's HQ in Doha with offices in Bangladesh and Spain, he leads the group's vision of building meaningful technology for the Bangladeshi diaspora and the wider GCC.
